In Europe there are two separate types of groups. One is named Schengen countries other are still waiting to join this group. Both groups have different rules and different pay scales. There are currently 29 countries in Schengen group in Europe. Schengen countries share their information with each others and share their borders. Other European countries do not share their borders and immigration contents with others. So this is weak points when you get work permits from any European country then your experience and expectations couldn’t match.
